A unique volume devoted to specific generalized peripheral neuropathies of defined causes
This second volume is dedicated to specific generalized peripheral neuropathies of defined causes. It addresses:
- metabolic, toxic and iatrogenic, infectious, associated or induced by cancer or lymphoma neuropathies;
- neuropathies associated with monoclonal gammapathies, systemic diseases;
- primary dysimmune forms and hereditary forms.
For each theme, a clear and referenced text describes the clinical manifestations, the abnormalities of complementary examinations and therapeutic management, with the presentation of didactic observations.
